Winter Gemstones

There are certain gemstones that I'm particularly inspired by in winter that feature hues of blue, grey, white and iridescent tones. 
A few of my favorites are:
Sodalite - blue tones with white and grey swirls. 
Rainbow Moonstone - magical iridescence with white and ivory tones.
Lapis Lazuli - deep blues often accompanied by bits of shimmery Pyrite.
Pearls - a classic beauty that can be rustic or polished and also has a hint iridescence. 
Lavikite - a gorgeous unique stone with black and grey flash that looks extra special in sunlight
